A:Answer I am not sure which rep you spoke with, but this laptop does support up to 450Mbps. If you are not getting your full speed then there is an issue elsewhere. Are you getting your full 400Mbps on other devices like your phone and such when connected? Also, what is the speed of the internet you are paying for as well. On top of that there are other factors such as distance from the networking equipment, network congestion, optimizations, router programming and other things that all can factor in to the max speed. If you take the laptop elsewhere do you get different results? Any Wireless N device is certified to meet the maximum speed.
