• This laptop has the Windows 11 Home in S Mode operating system which will not allow you to run Sims 3 or 4.

• Yes, But you will have to remove the OS out of s mode. I bought this laptop and removed s mode.

• i have the sims 3 and 4 and this laptop runs just fine with it and fast as well, it all depends on how much ram you have, you need 4 ram for the sims 4 and this laptop has 12. havent had any problems with it and it allows me to download mods as well.
