If you are curious about upgrading this machine, you can contact HP Support or Geek Squad. If Geek Squad does the upgrades, it does not void the warranty of the machine, but HP will not cover the new parts.

- Answer This laptop is considered non-upgradeable. You could contact HP Support or Geek Squad if you interested in trying to upgrade the device since it will require special tools and technical knowledge. It is just considered a greater risk to do it on your own. It has a plastic body.

- Answer you can doun grade it m¿no hassle visit microsoft look for win 10 usb tool creation then will format you usb key and create a install drive your licence is a digital in hardware so it will activate by itself i really recommend to create the recovery usb drive before it all
