Because this computer is running Windows in "S Mode" it can only download and run apps that are in the Windows Store. Fortunately, it looks like most or all of the Cricut apps are in the store, so you should be able to use it with no problem.

Opt out of "s" mode (pretty much only allows you to use the app store at a cost for anything you want to download...almost like captivity) to download the free cricut design space package. Good luck.
