Can you Download Quicken or Mint a Bookkeeping app ? null

Yes and Yes. You may have to take the laptop out of S mode to install Quicken. A quick Google search can assist you with that. I could be wrong, but I don't believe there is a native app for Mint in the Windows Store. You will have to access that from a web browser if that is the case.
