• Yes. You can disable S mode, and then it functions as a full-featured Windows Operating System. You will be able to download apps outside of the WIndows Store once S mode is disabled. A quick Google search will show you how to do that.

• You can disable S mode. There are many videos on how to do it. With S mode being disabled, you can download anything you want.
