A:AnswerHello, yes, Geek Squad can access your device running Windows 10 S mode through any of the third party Remote Desktop Apps from the Windows Store and they will be able to install any approved Windows software app via that connection. The purpose of Windows S mode is to circumvent needing any additional security downloaded though. If you go to Microsoft Office website and read about Windows 10 S mode you will learn about the safety features they have implemented. Thank you for being an HP customer!
A:AnswerHi Dale, thank you for the question. Your serial number is on the back/bottom of the laptop. There will be a label with the model number, serial number, and build date.
A:AnswerFrom the information you've given, it's impossible to tell why it doesn't seem to work. It could be a configuration issue with the computer or tablet, a bad cable connecting them, or an actual problem somewhere.
A:AnswerHP has given two different answers to this question. In this response it says to refer to the website with the required specifications for Windows 11 to see if it would be compatible. This question is marked as answered by HP 1 month ago. An answer to the same question answered 2 months ago by HP said definitively that this computer would have no problem running Windows 11. So, HP, which is it? Yes, or no. I bought this laptop for my wife based on the answer that said it was compatible with Windows 11. Before I open the box, what is the final answer????????
A:AnswerHello, Ricky. Windows 10 in S Mode means you can only download apps from the Microsoft Store and use the Microsoft Edge browser. Windows 10 Home gives more versatility which allows you to download software and use any web browser, i.e. Chrome or FireFox. You can switch out of S Mode for free. Here are some instructions: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4456067/windows-10-switch-out-of-s-mode
A:Answer@HP Team.
I know it is not listed. If it was I wouldn't be here asking the question. I also know that it is integrated into the motherboard. That doesn't negate having a brand and model. Your reference to 2.4GHz and 5GHz is WiFi. Which I asked nothing about. Please be helpful and find me the Ethernet controller brand and model.
