Laptop and notebook mean the same thing. There is no difference. 2-in-1 laptops can be in tablet mode or traditional laptop mode or tent mode for all the different reasons you want to use the computer. They do not come with a DVD/CD drive as most laptops don't nowadays. It does have an SD card slot.
