“Will this computer be able to replace the Windows 11 to Windows 12 when available? I have been advised that my computer Windows 10 cannot accept Windows 11 and I want to be sure before I purchase only to find out 1-2 years it cannot be upgraded to W 12.”

• Thank you for your question about future-readiness. Microsoft has not released the full specifications or requirements for Windows 12 at this moment. When they do, we will be able to answer this question and even see which models will upgrade to Windows 12.

• Microsoft has been receiving a good deal of negative feedback on their policy to limit which Windows 10 computers can be upgraded to Win 11, so it is highly unlikely that they will pull this stunt twice in a row. However, that being said, only Microsoft can answer this question correctly, not Best Buy nor its contributors.
