• Thank you for asking. The HP 15-DY5073DX has Windows 11 in S Mode. Most programs made for 32-bit Windows will work on 64-bit Windows, except for most antivirus programs You will need to convert the laptop out of S Mode in order to download any apps not available in the Microsoft Store.
