The cloud called "Office 365" is free for 30 days on any computer with a good, continuous internet connection. Standard subscription rates apply after, same as NetFlix, HULU, all cloud services.,

• does not include microsoft office. but my daughter found out that she could get it for free from her college. maybe that's an option.

• It does not. You will have to load a previously purchased edition or buy a new, unless you find a package deal. We loaded 2010 Office, works fine.

• yes , but its just a trial period of 60 days after that u need to purchase otherwise it wont work anymore
