QuestionWhy does this laptop get hot so fast? I'm just browsing and it is scorching hot!

- Answer AMD chips run hot. Every HP laptop I've purchased has run hot & they have all had AMD chips in them. Seriously, try an Intel chip next time and get an SSD drive. Almost no heat, and never hear a fan... Best Regards (google this problem to see if anyone has run across a fix for your laptop, HP had updated the BIOS for a download on one of my hot laptops)

- Answer Anyone saying that AMD doesn't make functional processors is just biased. Whether you choose Intel or AMD (now that Cyrix and Via are out of the picture), you basically just get what you pay for. For AMD, the E-1 and E-2 suck, but anything in the A-series is usually decent, and the A8 and A10 are usually good, with the A10 on up (and now the A12 and FX) being the more "premium" stuff that you can actually run games on. This laptop actually has a good A10 processor, it just skimps on other features like not having a backlit keyboard or bluetooth. The processor is surprisingly strong for the low price however.

- Answer Yes it should play those 2 no problems. I play skyrim and Fallout New Vegas at 40 FPS so those should get 60+

- Answer Of Course, all PCs today are compatible with iTunes and Chrome. Make sure when you download iTunes, you choose the "Windows 64 Bit version" Chrome installs either way, 32 bit or 64 bit, and installs on ALL Windows based PCs.

- Answer FROM AMD's WEBSITE: ◾An AMD A10 APU can provide up to double the graphics performance of the Intel Core i5 ◾Fantastic Windows® 10 and accelerated app performance from leading software makers such as Adobe®, ArcSoft and Corel There are various versions of AMD A10 Series, and also depending on what the GPU is, of course integrated, but looking his up and going with the lowest ended A10 series, I found: 3.6 GHz Base Frequency, 4 GHz CPU Boost Frequency. Lots of info on the AMD website, and use the "specs" info given on BestBuy to match this. Hope this helps

- Answer Good question. This computer would not be the best option for graphic design. You will need a computer with at least 8 GB of RAM, an Intel Core i5 processor, a large hard drive (which this computer has), and a dedicated graphics card. This computer only meets one of those requirements. I hope this helps.

- Answer It states on the main page, it has Windows 10 Home Edition - 64 Bit. ALL PCs, Laptops and Desktops, that are sold today ALL ONLY use 64 Bit OS. Only if you are buying an older "refurbished" PC, but anything bought new, it will ALWAYS have 64 Bit OS

- Answer Because it doesn't have a dedicated Graphics card (On its own), it depends on the kind of graphics card you have with an i5, so that is a tough question. But that being said, It has Cores: 4 with Speed/Max: 2.4 GHz/3.3 GHz, Package: FP4, which makes it a powerful CPU for this price Laptop. Intel I5 6200U is a tad more intense :-)

- Answer Mine has Windows 10; the old one now has Ubuntu 16. The screen in Ubuntu is not well supported as a touch device. I hope that changes.
