this does not sound normal I would get/run diags on the hard drive

Please try again later.The Hard Drive is mechanical, not an SSD, so it will make a little noise, but if it is making a lot of constant noise, I'd bring it in, because that means your hard drive is ready to go and you can loose all your files. I definitely wouldn't mess around with the hard drive, but as I say, it will always make a little bit of clicking noise, which is the spindle moving.
