bulge arond the keyboard center,is this normal? null

I just looked at my keyboard closely and did not see any deviation in the elevation of the keys. Maybe you could have a defective device?

No there should not be a bulge around the keyboard center. You should contact HP support at https://support.hp.com or call them at 1-800-HPINVENT.
