Is there another model that has a CD drive? null

The only model currently available with a CD/DVD drive is the 17-by4623dx. It's at https://www.bestbuy.com/site/hp-17-3-laptop-intel-core-i5-8gb-memory-256gb-ssd/6445801.p?skuId=6445801 Another option would be to get a computer without one, and use an external CD/DVD drive that plugs into one of the USB ports.
