• Never ask the PC manufacturer about compatibility with software. IT'S ALWAY THE OTHER WAY AROUND!

Genshin requires an i5 or higher processor, more RAM, and a discrete graphics card, minimally an NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 1030. We suggest that you review the developers' specifications for any game you'd like to play so you'll know which laptop would be adequate depending on your gaming level.
