Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I didn't have much of a problem. Seems like Microsoft was trying to steer you to a pro version of the software for $99. Found a slide bar switch to turn it off in a menu I can't remember per the internet to turn it off and it reverted to a home version of Windows 10 that appeared to be already installed on the laptop alongside the S version.
