• I'm not that computer literate so I don't know what S mode is. As far as not using the touch screen the answer is yes, I use a wireless mouse. I hope this helps you out some.

• Charmie, thank you for your question! Yes you can take this computer out of S Mode for a full Windows experience and you do not have to use the touchscreen on it, as it works with the standard keyboard and mouse.
