Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If it is just the color looking dull on the laptop and not the phone or anywhere else, especially if you print and it looks great! Then it could be as simple as your settings for your display. Some have an automatic dimming feature on your laptop. Go into settings, then go to display, and make sure the Nitelight settings is not checked. That will dim everything at the wrong time. Example: if it is daylight outside but you are in a room with no lights on,. The nightlight setting on will make everything looked washed out. Hope this helps
