• First of all, don't you wish Support were better instructed in how to perform their job? S Mode can be found in both Windows Home and Pro. so there is no difference between "S" and "Home;" they different adjectives, like "black" and "small," completely independent of each other. If it says S Mode, that is what you get, although there is a simple way to remove that restriction (Google it or find it on the Microsoft website).
