• Yes. It supports multiple languages and allows the user to switch between them at will.

• P.S.: While the language can be changed in the software, the physical keyboard will remain the standard QWERTY issue found in the Western hemisphere. You will need an external keyboard, keycap stickers, or some other display or other method (such as memorization) to find the Cyrillic alphabet.
