- Answer Hello and thank you for asking. The HP 15-fd0123dx laptop computer has one DIMM RAM slot, which has a single 8GB RAM module installed. It is not user accessible. If you wish to upgrade the RAM, a trained technician will be required to perform the upgrade. DDR4-3200 RAM modules are available only in 8GB, 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB sizes.
