Thank you for your question. This model may be able to run a game like Fortnite but you would not have the best experience. In order to really have fun playing the game you need at least 30 FPS, 60 would be even better. The best performance would be had with either a desktop or a gaming laptop which has a Dedicated GPU, an Intel i5 and 8GB or greater. With this model I would expect you to get around 25 FPS or so. It is likely it could run an older game like G-Mod without many issues on lower settings.
