Hello and thank you for the question! The new 11th generation i3 processor can run up to 4.1GHz. It runs slower until it needs the higher speed. Intel® Core™ i3-1115G4 (up to 4.1 GHz with Intel® Turbo Boost Technology, 6 MB L3 cache, 2 cores).
