• It's windows, so it's not going to run Apple software.

• Thank you for the question. Yes, you can connect ypur printer, via WiFi or with a USB cable. No, you cannot download apps from the Apple Store - these apps are for IOS devices. Since this is a Windows 11 computer in S Mode, you will download apps from the Microsoft Store only. .
