• Yes. The speed will be good and the ports handle the devices you mention. It dies not come with a DVD player/recorder.

• You'll want to have an internet connection for the initial setup so it can grab any files that need to be updated. Once you've done that you don't need an Internet connection to transfer files from a CD in an external CD/DVD drive to a USB memorry stick.
