• The Intel® Iris® Xe graphics on this laptop can support a maximum resolution of 4096 x 2304. If you're trying to drive two monitors plus the one in the laptop, the graphics system can't support all three. If you're not doing that, your next option is to contact the HP Support team so they can troubleshoot what's going on.
