“Is there a way to change the contrast on the screen? Not the brightness per se but I can barely see the words on the screen and pictures look so washed out and pale. Is there a way to adjust any setting that might make things more visible?”

Not that I've seen - and I've googled this a fair bit... It's very frustrating isn't it?? I completely agree, it's like all the whites are over-processed and over-saturated and it hurts your eyes to look at for too long...
