“I've had this machine for just a few weeks. I've been unable to get the USB-C port to recognize any devices. I have used devices specifically for PCs but it still will not recognize them. Are others having problem with the USB-C port on this machine?”

Got the same problem. On my second identical laptop still having same issues with two USB ports being used at the same time. When I use my second USB port my first USB port shuts off or stops working. When I use my wireless mouse and keyboard and turn on the second USB port my mouse and keyboard stopped working. I use a Logitech mk350 wireless mouse and keyboard and it works fine on my other laptop. I'm going to try a slightly newer version of Logitech keyboard and see what happens. Otherwise, bye-bye HP!!!
