“I saw in FAQ that the battery has a 10 hour life unplugged from a full charge. Mine is only a month old and only has about a 2 hour capacity. Can I get a replacement battery?”

• The battery is secured internally - it has been widely recommended to consult a technician from what I have read for this laptop.
