“Does anyone experience the screen being glitchy and blacking out ? This is my second exchange I am currently working with Access and Visio. I starting to believe this device maybe not be the most suitable .”

I have only owned mine for a month and so far I have not had that problem. However, I am disappointed with the screen display resolution. I considered upgrading to a better quality HP but none was available. Not my favorite computer.
