• Thank you for the question. The HP 15-dy1043dx laptop has an HDMI port; simply connect your monitor's HDMI cable. Then adjust your computer's settings to a accept the additional display, orientation, and mirror or screen extension selection. (If your monitor does not have an HDMI connector (VGA instead, for example), you'll need a VGA-to-HDMI adapter, connecting the monitor to the VGA side and the HDMI side into the laptop).
