- Answer The motherboard only has a slot for one SSD, so you'd need to have the existing drive replaced with one with a higher capacity. Because it reuqires partially disassembling your computer to get to the drive, the work should only be done by a trained technician. The computer does support XMP profiles.

- Answer This laptop has the Windows 11 S Mode operating system. Although you can easily upgrade a Windows 10 PC to Windows 11, preserving installed apps, settings, and data files, you can't do the reverse. If you want to "downgrade" from Windows 11 to Windows 10, you have to do a clean install, which requires backing up and restoring your data files and reinstalling all your apps.
