Just started using this laptop, but so far so good. No latency in operation or issues with handling multiple tasks/operations/apps. Of course, I’m replacing a 12 old HP laptop so this new one is like lightning! I did, however need to reinstall windows, which was a pain. There was a problem with loading MS Photos and HP support suggested a new windows install.

I multitask easy, but then I bought the new MS suite for $69 a year and then automatically renewable every year on your service date. It was loaded with Microsoft 11 - way easier than MS 10 to get to navigate. Buy it, test it out and return in 10 days if you don't like it.
