Arnold, thank you for your question about this HP laptop. This meets the minimum requirements for photo editing programs and has plenty of storage for the photos and your projects. All of HP's inkjet printers will print photos. For the best quality photos, the Envy Inspire 7255e or 7955e are wonderful options. If you're looking for something that is cost-effective per print, the Smart Tank series are wonderful. All of those are sold in Best Buy stores.
