Thank you for the question. You can make your list using Excel. Excel is available with Microsoft 365, and included as a free trial for 30 days. After the trial, you can subscribe for continued use, use Microsoft Online, or any number of free Open Source spreadsheet programs widely available. You don't need a lot of memory for such light tasks, 4GB would be sufficient. However, if you ever intend on streaming, video calling, accessing music and photos, and other memory-dependent programs, you'd want 8GB of memory (RAM) at the least.
