The HP 17-cn3003dx laptop computer has one USB Type-C port with a 5Gbps signaling rate (supports data transfer only and does not support charging or external monitors) and two USB Type-A ports that also support a 5Gbps signaling rate. No version of Thunderbolt ports are supported on this laptop, and it also does not support USB4.

If, however, you mean do any of the ports on the laptop connect with the full characteristics of Thunderbolt ports, then the answer is a resounding "no," as indicated by the information listed under "Specifications-->Connectivity-->USB Ports-->"
