No. As HP states, It's a fairly simple process, but if you are worried about it, or it's your first computer. you can arrange for setup from BB's Geek Squad, which can even include adding external monitors, keyboards, and setting up WiFi and printers. Just go to the bottom of the BB page and click on the links for Support.

Thank you for the question. Set up is not included, however it's very simple to do yourself. Simply connect the laptop to an AC outlet, power it on, and follow the on-screen prompts. If you prefer assistance, Geek Squad will be happy to help. Please reach out to your local Best Buy when purchasing, and they will assist you with pricing and appointment availability.
