“I need this computer to have Internet Explorer already installed (to be compatible with Excel VBA). Does this computer have Internet Explorer on it? I understand that IE is outdated and retired, but I need it. Edge in IE mode will not suffice.”

Since this model comes with Windows 10, you will be able to access the full version of Internet Explorer.
