“How easy is it to change the battery on a HP 17-cp0013dx computer? If not easy, then the battery must be serviced by a HP Rep (the Best Buy team)? When the battery is changed, will this service be covered by the manufacturer or by the customer?”

• Replacing the battery does take a little computer surgery, so it's best to have it does by someone who's an expert. Whether it would be covered by HP would depend on if the computer was still under warranty when it was taken in for repair.
