“My work laptop is working with dual 32" Dell Monitors and for the life of me, I cannot get the monitors to be picked up by this laptop. The laptop does however, work with the keyboard and mouse. Does this HP Laptop cp0700dx work on a HP USB-c dock 4 or 5?”

• The USB C port on this model does not support a display, it is a data transfer only USB C port.

• Interesting question. Have you gone to "System" and then "Display" then go down to "Multiple displays"? If not, see if that does the trick for you. I don't see why a doc wouldn't work either, it should.
