I work on my computer mostly at night. That is why I purchased this particular computer. When I brought it back to Best Buy, (I must look stupid) the rep told me that the "ON" light lights up as does the "sound mute" button and the "caps lock button", and that is what they mean by, "backlit keyboard". I was told to purchase a clip-on light to use instead. When I mentioned that all, or at least most keyboards have these lights, I just got a shrug from him. ALSO, I have been having trouble with the touchpad. Sometimes when I bring the cursor down the page, everything it touches gets highlighted. This happens out of nowhere. It takes a while before it goes back to not highlighting. The Best Buy rep told me to buy a mouse and use that. I am angry too!!!!!!!
