“How much data does this PC has before actual everyday use? I need the info so I can make a backup system of the PC. This info will determine if I get a somewhat large USB drive or an external SSD. This is for the possibility of a future disaster.”

It has 512GB of storage with upgradable to a larger drive if needed. It's always a good idea to backup important files on an external drive no matter what your choice is.

Since we don't know what files and apps you will be working with, we cannot advise how much space you'll need. Note that media files (music, photos) typically use more space.
