Hi this laptop comes with a 1 month trial for new Microsoft 365 customers. You can usually use MS Office on up to 5 separate devices. The software is usually designed for a specific # of users. MS 365 personal is designed for 1 user. MS365 family is designed for 2 to 6 users.
