Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Ironically another person asked the same question and a reply from a HP Team member said Yes... it "was" upgradeable. On the website for this model it states the memory "is not user accessible" (indicating there is no access door on the bottom the unit) but... most HP Laptops can be disassembled to access the internal memory slot. Some of the after market memory sites claim the memory "is" removeable and it can be replaced with a larger capacity DIMM. Seems the unit is still too new to have had anybody tear into one.
