• In the case where there is a major OS change, you usually have the option to roll back to the prior version. Check the Microsoft website for details.

• Hello, this model comes installed with Windows 11 however there are other models which are pre installed with Windows 10 still available. Please check with a Best Buy associate to show you the Windows 10 models which are available for you! Thank you for being an HP customer!
