“I cannot get 2 external monitors to connect regardless of adaptor used. Of course, the laptop monitor and 1 external monitor works. I need 2 external. Suggestions? Tell me what to do and what to purchase, please! Thx”

Hello. Thanks for your question. You would need a universal USB docking station so that you can connect two monitors to this HP laptop. Be sure the docking station has the matching video ports that are on the monitors.
