- Answer Hello, Matt. This HP Laptop 17-cn0033dx comes with Windows 10 in S Mode. That means you can only download apps from the Microsoft Store and use the Microsoft Edge browser. You can switch out of the S Mode. It is free and easy to do. Here are the instructions: https://bit.ly/3i7NsF4

- Answer You can do it yourself in 30 minutes The bottom panel comes right off with 4 screws. Remove the battery(about 1 minute) and there you go. The RAM should be accessed the same way

- Answer Hello. Thanks for your question. You can connect this HP laptop to a monitor with a HDMI cable. Or you can use a Universal USB docking station that has a HDMI port on it. You would plug the monitor to the docking station with the HDMI cable. Then, you would plug the docking station to the laptop via the USB cable.

- Answer The computer doesn't have an Ethernet port, however you can use an adapter that will take your Ethernet cable in one end and plug the other end into one of the USB ports. The computer doesn't have a CD/DVD drive, but you can use an external drive to connect to one of the USB ports

- Answer An "open box" means that the computer was bought, someone started to use it and changed their mind-it may be because of buyer's remorse, or they may have decided it wasn't enough computer for what they wanted to do. Because it was used for a very short time it can't be sold as a new unit. As to the delivery date, you'll need to contact Best Buy directly for that.
