• A:Answer It is cheaper and easier to include electronic documentation. Also, not all computers have DVD drives anymore, so they load the documentation onto the hard drive. There is usually a quick step guide to get you to the basic powering up of the computer. If you press the Windows Key (3rd key from the left on the bottom row), you can navigate to HP Help and Support. There is a 78 page user guide located there.
