iT IS A SECURITY MODE FROM MICROSOFT AND IT IS DESIGNED TO BLOCK GOOGLE CHROM. WHEN YOU HAVE ANOTHER SECURITY SYSTEM AND WISH DISABLE THE S MODE, DIRECTIONS ARE AVAILABLE TO DISABLE IT.
